30 DAYS FREE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@mgswireless.com with details of the product and the defect.
- Please include a valid order number and provide photos or videos that clearly show the defects, ideally at least 4 photos, including the product package as well. This will help us better evaluate the situation and present a solution sooner.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
- For return circumstances, once the returned item arrives back in for inspection, the refund process will begin.
CANCELLATION
- If you wish to cancel the order, please do so within 24 hours after your order is placed.
- After 24 hours, 15% of the order value will be deducted from your order amount as our handling fee.
- Once your order is shipped, we can't get it back, please wait for the shipment, once you received it, do not open the package and ship it back to us (shipping fee at your cost). Same process as 30 days free return.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to [1-2] business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item is received and inspected
ADDRESS CHANGE
- If you need to change your delivery address, please do it within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, there will be an address change fee (charged by carrier, rate depends on countries).
- Noted that in some cases address change attempt might not be success, this is something we have no control. Please do make sure your address is correct when placing the order.
